Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was skeptical of purchasing this from Amazon based on other consumers negative reviews, but wanted to see for myself. I have been using Vital Proteins on and off for a couple years now and think it's an amazing product. Every time I am on a flow of using vital proteins daily, I get so many compliments about the "glow" of my skin. When I received this product from Amazon, there was immediately something off. The packaging is different from the ones I buy from Sprouts in subtle ways. Which, I don't know..there could be newer or older versions, ok. But when I opened, it was only half full. The ones I've purchased in the past are at least 3/4 full of product. When I put it in my hot coffee, it immediately clumps into a gross collagen ball. Whereas the product I'm used to, dissolves perfectly. I can't attest to how this Amazon version has effected my skin as I've recently stopped taking artificial hormones- all I can say is somethings not right. I hate that Amazon isn't trustworthy.
