The product does not indicate it is compressed yeast, and I didn't know there was a compressed yeast. The label does not indicate this and there is no conversion chart on the package. I tried contacting the merchant to see if I could return the item, or if they could provide me with a conversion chart. I have had NO response. Therefore. my write-up for the merchant is not a positive review.
