Failure after 5 mos
The cleaner worked great for 5 months. I cleaned it twice without issue. Shortly after I replaced the filters, the sensors seemed to fail they now register "999" constantly.
The unit is still cleaning the air however it automatically goes to a very loud setting. The manual doesn't address the situation and I've been unable to find a way to contact the Maker. This was a very expensive unit to fall after 5 months.
UPDATE: after another month, the unit is no longer cleaning despite 2 cleanings and replacing the filters. A total waste
