I bought the petsafe heated sleeper and this product at the same time. I couldn't decide between them because I thought some of my cats would like the snugglier size of this one over the larger product. The quality difference is amazing! The petsafe is a superior product in the thickness of the padding, the lining, and overall construction. They both appear to heat to about the same temperature. The cats all fight over the petsafe bed! This one doesn't even hold it's shape- the sides are so flimsy that if a sizeable cat rests their head on it (like in the picture) it sags to the floor. The petsafe heated sleeper is far superior in every way, and is $6 cheaper. The choice is easy. I will be returning this and getting another petsafe model. It does heat up well, and I'm sure if I hadn't compared it to the other product I would think it was just fine too as the other reviewers do. Once you compare-the winner is obvious.
