My mother suffered a stroke and was able to use her old Jitterbug phone quite easily. She broke it and I ordered a replacement only to discover the new model was an "Improved" Lively model. Unlike the old Jitterbug, she is no longer able to open the phone and say "Call Susan". Now she must open the phone and say "Alexa, ask Lively to call Susan." That might not sound like a big deal to most of us but to a elderly stroke patient, it's huge. Congratulations Lively for destroying a perfectly good product and making it virtually unusable to your alleged target audience. If I could give zero stars I would. Also no speed dial option. Lively's attempt to "improve" a perfectly workable phone is a complete failure.
