Terrible product and I regret purchasing it! Set up, fairly easy. Brought it since I was going on an overnight trip and wanted to check in on my cat, first time for him to be alone for more than 12 hours... was working then just stopped. I was so stressed as it was very early in the trip and all of a sudden it just stops connecting. I contacted support which is a JOKE! They responded once and said try connecting to WiFi.... which I did not have and was using Data, and it was working on Data. I explain this and no response. This was supposed to relive stress from being away from your pet, not increase it.
