Only got to use it twice.
Loved the suitcase when I received it, it seemed sturdy and had lots of room. I took it on one trip and it was fine. I took it on a second trip and a wheel completely broke off. It is totally unfixable. The plastic around the wheel was completely ripped off, so there's a huge hole with only fabric underneath.
