The products purchased from here are inferior knockoffs. I received a couple of packages from my dentist and they worked great! Loved them. Then when that supply was depleted, I ordered them from Amazon. When I started to use them, I found the wires didn't break off after considerable use, they actually gradually pulled out of the handle. I rarely got through all my teeth before it was unusable. Very different from the original. So.... I contacted the Company, included a description of what was happening and pictures of the product and the packaging. A nice representative gave me a call and told me they were counterfeit. He said the only sure way to know they are real is from samples supplied to the dentist and ordering them directly from the company. Don't waste you money on these. They are cheap, flimsy, and you will go through them much more quickly than the originals. You've been warned......
