My "blade" as they call it was dull halfway through my first shave. I'm no beast. But cmon! Especially paying over $8 a "blade". So I pried off the cover with a screw driver and was shocked to see they were using 3 regular no name DOUBLE EDGE RAZORS!! Glued between 2 thin pieces of cheap plastic!!?! Pathetic.
Check out my picture. I use these sorts of blades once in awhile in an old razor I have with some Dorco double edge blades that cost me a nickel, thats 5 cents a piece. The ones in this shaver are no name brand and must be even less. LMFAO 7 shaves with these??? You can't get 2 shaves with a double edge before it goes dull.
So tell me how do you get $8+ cost per "blade" when 5 cents x 3 = 15 cents + 15 cents for two flat pieces of plastic plus some glue lets say another 5 cents that is conservatively 35 cents marked up to $8+ .. Shame on you.
Hopefully its not touched, sweated on, cut by a third world Charlie Sheen and his buddies. No wonder another reviewer mentioned getting a rash from an assemblers sweat. Really gross. Yuck for the third world viral glue fest
over priced blades, hiding 3 standard razors in there, not liking someone touching, sweating allover my stuff.
