First of all, benefit of copper has been absolutely clinically debunked in test studies. Copper DOES NOT help any medical condition. That said, I bought this for whatever support assistance these gloves provide. These gloves act in a similar way to support hose, knee braces or back supports. The problem is these gloves are so flimsy that they WILL NOT LAST. I wore them for one day and they began to fray and I was not doing manual labor. Also the copper colored logo began to flake off. I have 30 years of exposure the hot stamp process and this should not occur so quickly. The fraying and the flaking of the logo is a sure sign of cheap construction. If you want to try a compression glove, look elsewhere for a less expensive option to buy first because compression does give some relief but not if it falls apart. If it helps then you can look for a sturdier option than Copper Fit.
