Just so you know, Amazon has multiple vendors that sell this product. The one that was sent to me was NOT a 16" model, but a 15.4" model. I didn't realize it a first, but when I tried to put my new 16" Macbook Pro cover on it, it was too big, and the keyboard cover I got for it showed the "ESC" button, but the one Amazon sent did not have the new ESC button, so I knew for sure it was the wrong model. Not to mention, the outside of the box said 16" Macbook Pro! I sent it back the same day, and it took 11 days to get a refund even though it was a prime purchase. I ended up just purchasing a brand new one for $2099 at Best Buy on tax-free weekend. I paid $1799 on Amazon but noticed the price went up right after my order to $1899 on Amazon. Just buy a new one!
