Weak Bubbles, & Uncomfortably High And Narrow
I purchased this model because it offered the option of turning off the heat while still having the bubbles and vibration on. After being on my feet all day in shoes and socks during a NYC August heat wave, the last thing I wanted to do was come home and put my feet in hot water. So I opted for this unit because it offered the option of regulating the water temperature between 20 deg C and 48 deg C.
Although I was quite happy with the ability to adjust the water temperature, this unit was too high which made it uncomfortable to use when I was sitting in a standard chair. Although the wheels are removable there is a convex section on the underside of this unit that makes it rock from side to side when the wheels are removed, so it's impossible to use without the wheels. In addition, it is very narrow on the side where your feet enter the water, which also made it uncomfortable to use because it forced me to sit with my knees too close together.
But the most disappointing thing about this product was the extremely weak bubbles setting. Unlike most foot spas which create bubbles by aerating the water through dozens of holes in the bottom of the unit, this unit only has two holes where air is blown into the water. The result is a weak stream of bubbles in just one place under each foot. The image I uploaded shows the two holes where the water is aerated to create bubbles. This product's height and width were far too uncomfortable, and the bubbles were far too weak for the hefty $100+ price tag, so I sent it back. I subsequently purchased the Conair FB30R for ~ $35, and although it doesn't heat the water, it aerates the water through 224 holes in the bottom of the unit which creates lots of bubbles.
