I purchased this bottle 5 months ago. In that time it had fairly regular use and sustained a fair number of small dents, which seems to be fairly common with this type of bottle. However- I was VERY much taken aback the last time I filled it and it had developed a pin size hole on the side of it- not where any dent was near. This causes a water to run down the side of the bottle and renders it useless. I think 5 months is much too short a life for a stainless steel bottle. I wish I had invested the money in something that would last. I contacted the company and was told that returns were handled by the seller, no guarantee by them.
