Don't waste your time filling out the form!
Even though both my SS and DOB are correctly entered I kept getting the same below as encountered by other reviewers.
Error message:
"Your response to following fields is invalid
Date of Birth can not be less than 8 characters.
Social Security Number can not be less than 9 characters."
