Kudos for the great design, support and comfort. As a veteran knee-brace user (torn ACL, MCL and messy meniscus in 1984, surgeries etc) I discovered a long time ago that it is almost impossible to find a brace with good support that’s even slightly comfortable. Until this one. Sometimes you have to readjust it to find it’s happy spot, but for the most part it is very comfortable. PROBLEM: The material the brace is made out of is NOT suitable as the loop feature for the Velcro to stick to. It worked great for about 4-5 months. I workout 5 x a week so it gets plenty of use, but I have braces and weights with Velcro that I’ve used for many years that stick like new. This is unacceptable. Watch my video. The straps pop off whenever I squat down or just out on a walk. It’s low profile enough that it can be worn under jeans but when you’re out hiking with friends and the Velcro comes loose, it is extremely frustrating when there isn’t anywhere to go to to fix it. It’s been 6 months now and it both sets of straps come apart every time I put it on. 3/25/20 UPDATE The brace continues to be supportive and comfortable. But no matter how hard I try to get the Velcro to stick, it won’t stay on through a workout. And forget leg day when I need it most! I finally had to buy some Velcro and sew loop sections onto the brace. Two pieces on back and a wider one in front. Stays on great now. I still maintain the 1 star rating. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to rebuild something I paid good money for.
