The description on the item says that "This Certified Refurbished product is tested and certified to look and work like new, with limited to no signs of wear.". I received the product today and it came with a number of scratches (including a big on on the whole screen). The aluminium case is chipped and the charging slot is bent. If that was not enough to make this completely unacceptable, the home button is consistently failing which makes the product nearly useless. I am very disappointed with this purchase and I feel cheated by the description on the item. I will return the product right away.
