I passed but I dont recommend this book
I took the exam today and passed. For people who are preparing the exam and planning to buy this book, I strongly recommend you read reviews of 3 stars and below, as those 5 star reviews are not helpful at all. 1 content: it's very consice. It's definitly not suited for people with little or no quality background; but for people with decent quality background, this book is not a must to have. 2 practice questions: they are far different from the questions in the real exam. I feel the books asks too many detailed questions regarding Lean and Six Sigma processes, but there are very few in the exam. As for the exam preparation, if you have no or little quality experience, I'd recommend to read both Q Solutions and Janet Brown's healthcare quality handbook. Especially JB's handbook practice questions are much much more helpful than this study guide's practice questions. If you have a decent experience, reading either one of the books would be fine. As for the practice questions, there are lots lots of CPHQ questions on the internet, and they are free! For example, quizlet, examlabs are great, and they are free, just search keywords CPHQ, and the questions from those places are much closer to the real questions in the exam. I hope this helps and good luck with your exam.
