Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Initially, I was excited about this new game especially since I saw the Broadway play last year. But once I got to the locked gate and needed to purchase a "gate key" for either $2.99 US or 299-Amazon coins, it took my coins but locked me out of the game. I sent 3-e-mails and also spoke with the techs in Amazon.Com and they credited my account the 299-Amazon coins twice. I do not dare to try purchasing the "gate key" for 299-Amazon coins again for fear of having to e-mail and call for tech support again. So, I am no longer playing this game and am very, very disappointed that nothing can be done to rectify this situation on my Kindle Fire HDX. So, I will not be recommending this game to any of my friends.
