Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I previously wrote a review for these sheets because they were not very good quality sheets. I washed them and they felt kind of hard and very wrinkled. Not what I expected. I removed the review because I was offered a 40% refund of my purchase. I removed the review but did not receive a refund. I decided to tell what happened. To receive the 40% refund you need to remove the negative review this doesn’t seem very honest?
