DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I use a blender every morning. After my old one pooped out after a long, happy life, I bought the Magic Bullet. I decided to get the protection plan because I don't want to be without a blender if something goes wrong. Sure enough, after just two months of typical use, it stopped working. No problem! I thought. I have protection! I filed a claim with Canopy. I heard nothing. After a few days, I sent a message. Nothing. After a week, I sent another message. Nothing. It's now been two weeks, and not only do I not have a blender, I haven't heard a single peep from Canopy. I have filed a claim with Amazon. Considering this is the protection company Amazon sells for most products, I am VERY upset.
