Great idea, and I really really wanted it to work. But sadly, no. 1. Be aware that you need a puck, sold separately, to use this. 2. Be aware that said puck needs to connect to the cloud, which means it has to be configured as a "gateway," which means IT MUST BE PLUGGED IN. Nice look, that: wire dripping down the wall to the outlet. 3. It needs to know your location. WHY??? And how good is your security Flair? Hmmm?? 4. THE KILLER: If it doesn't work, as mine did not (error connecting to the app, and I'm an IT guy so I know a thing or two about troubleshooting) the only support you get is EMAIL. NO PHONE support, NO CHAT even! If you've ever struggled to get a tech support rep to understand your issue and respond with helpful information over the phone, IMAGINE how painful it would be with back-and-forth emails! Yeah, we're done here. B-bye.
