The XPS 15 9560 4K is a beautiful laptop for work, and with the dedicated GTX 1050 GPU even a good gaming laptop. Unfortunately this laptop has too much quality assurance problem and has large community of people seeing defects. Pro/Con overall: + Beautiful screen + Carbon fiber chassis feels great while typing. - Webcam placement makes it unusable while typing as the webcam picks up your fingers up close - Unstable drivers, my chrome browser froze twice while writing this review. This is solvable with right software drivers, but you need to be tech savvy to install them when I wrote this review as they are not officially supported. - Software based headphone jack switching is fancy yet terrible, constantly need to run a software to increase volume after using headphones. - Terrible QA causing me to return 2 laptops. First laptop problem: - Mild coil whine noise while scrolling - Screen flickering irregularly to black, this is my deal breaker (see video) Second replacement laptop (thanks amazon for sending this hassle free in 2 days): - Bent chassis, up arrow key was not pressable b/c the chassis underneath was popped up so high. - Screen flickering irregularly to black again - Dell warranty shows up as "out of warranty" and they won't talk to me until that is resolved
