I have no idea if this stuff works as advertised but I bought Wet and Forget because it was marketed as noncaustic, pet and plant friendly. So, when I applied it, I wasn’t too concerned. However, after I applied it, I noticed the warning label hidden behind the main label and OMG! The caution statement reads like I have only two weeks to live. You can’t touch it, breath it, get it in your eyes. You have to discard your clothes if they become drenched and you must wash off your pets if they come in contact with it before it dries.
