I was very much looking forward to receiving this. It arrived in a box that was undamaged. Unpacking this item is complex but okay, but re-packing it would be a nightmare; lots of pieces that fit in "just-so" and no guidance to show you how to put them back. When all was said and done, I found the unit itself (at the very bottom of the box) has a large dent in the front left. When I looked for "service" under my order, it told me to contact the company. I contacted the company and they told me to contact Amazon. However, Amazon cannot be contacted. My "automated" options are return this - which I do not think I can get everything back in the box - or live with a fairly expensive damaged purchase. I would consider returning and replacing only the base unit but, since I CANNOT TALK TO SOMEONE, that is not an option. I have been an Amazon Prime customer for years and I NEVER remember the absence of ANY customer service before. I need to re-think both my purchase and my Amazon account!!
