I loved this product in its original form..a free flowing tube with two handles on either end. It heated up fast and stayed hot.My original wore out and i purchased a new one. When I opened the package i saw it was much different. (The one in this picture shows OLD one..) The new one is sewn into 3 narrow chambers. The chambers don't hold heat. Why would they ruin a perfect product, I wondered. Whoever bought the rights to Bed Buddy ruined the only thing that really helps arthritic necks..thanks alot for nothing new company, and by the way you will go out of business eventually when the buying public ends up returning this NOT original Bed Buddy
