This phone was NOT NEW. It was booting up into a verizon wireless logo screen. Then there was no initall set up as there is with any newly bought devices. The tall tale sign was when I first opened it..... all the components were bagged up. None in a slick pre cut cardboard hole/sleeve like all the unboxing videos showed or samsung puts out.
