Bottom of pan needs to be FLAT!
I wish I'd read what Bada Bing had to say about this product. Why on Earth would anyone put grooves in a cat pan? Makes it very hard to scoop cleanly. I got it for the grate and that wasn't very successful either. All in all I'm now looking for a new litter box.
