1.) the hair isn’t true to length... the 20inch looks like a 16inch and so feel like I’m reachin. 2.) the hair out the package and for the first week is soft (perfect for a half up half down). After a week you need to take it out sweetie. The beauty supply hair I got was more softer and held up better. 3.) if you get this hair wet after flat ironing it chile you will smell terrible. The smell is very loud and lingers... even after washing it and letting the shampoo sit it still smelt bad. The only reason I give it a 2 is because my hairstyle was cute 👍🏾
