The clipper buzzed more loudly than expected. There was a "rattle" when held at certain angles - like something was loose (the casing maybe?). When activated, it kept activating the safety breaker in the wall socket - electrical issues? The case was fairly flimsy and there was no organizer inside - it was like a large, cheap suitcase that didn't always close securely. I love Wahl products but this one was a HUGE disappointment to me.
