Update: changed from a ⭐⭐⭐ rating to a ⭐ rating... Now that I have used this for a bit longer, this isnt worth spending your money on. This takes a very long time to charge, but dies even faster. It also doesn't stay on very long either. As for someone with chronic stomach issues, I'm glued to my heating pad at home & am struggling to find something for on the go. It heats up fast, it heats up wonderfully! But I'm disappointed in the battery life! Let alone I have the person who is in charge of this company, emailing me after my first review, asking me to delete my comment & trying to bribe me with a refund for deleting my comment, but would only get a refund when the comment was deleted. I went to email back saying I will not do that until I get a refund, being nice, and the email is no longer valid. I was nice enough to leave 3 stars even though this wasn't a good product. But now I have changed it to 1 star after trying to get bribed to delete my comment, all because they don't want the negative comment on their shop. Sorry, but not going to lie like you are just to keep business going, on an item that isn't worth it. Want a better rating, fix your item, not what the customer feedback is with bribes. It's a great little heating device for pelvic and abdominal pain, but sadly this doesn't have a long battery life. It doesn't stay on longer than 30 mins for me. I'm a little disappointed on the battery life, and that I'm constantly charging it, to use it only for a little bit, even when letting it get to a full charge.
