DO NOT BUY! The description says stainless steel bow, but the only stainless part is the outside coating! Inside of the bowl as well as all mixer attachments are made of cheap aluminum which is highly reactive to heat and anything acidic! Metal-to-metal contact will also cause another reaction which is a serious health issue. So, soaked the paddle attachment in hot soapy water to loosen the grime and rinsed with water with bleach (for sanitation purposes). After it dried out, the paddle turned gray!
