BEWARE - I like the product.. However, customer service non existent. I called to see how to get a replacement cover... the customer service person at GDF said they do not sell parts and I need to replace the ENTIRE thing. CRAZY. The frame is sturdy and will last decades..but the tarp maybe a few years... and we have to buy an ENTIRE NEW canopy and frame? How much sense does that make? There IS a market for replacement tarps.. They MUST ship some out via warranty but will NOT sell one? BEWARE that what you buy is ALL you can buy and you may be dealing with a frame you must figure out how to get rid of in a few years... TERRIBLE business practice
