Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Right out the box I plugged in the camera as instructed to a Windows 10 machine and Windows told me that it could not find the drivers. Restarted my computer and tried it again. Same result. Unplugged all other USB devices and tried again. Same result. Went to what they call a website where instructions were very unclear. Finally found a document that mentioned something about downloading drivers that aren't even visible on their website. Did a Google search to find them, and not even sure they are the right ones. If I have to go through all of this, it's worthless. Based on my experience, I'm not trusting these reviews because the device itself is connecting, but there are no drivers for it. Sending back and not trusting "Best Seller" for a while.
