The forms and features of this bag were very nice when I first received it. Ominously, one of the main zipper pulls came off while in the hands of an airline. Ok, can still open it with the remaining pull. Then, after one walk from a ferry to a hotel on the streets of Sorrento and the wheels are about to fall off. They didn't really work for the rest of the trip. Oh great, I missed the 1 month return window.
