Great headset overall with a decent range and audio quality. One feature that the designer of this headset should have been fired for. Mute. Ok, how can you F#$% up the mute button you ask, easy. This company found a great way to make something so simple become an annoying disaster. When you hit mute, it cuts out all audio and you hear a pause of silence then the words "Microphone Mute... On". Then your sound comes back. Same thing when you unmute. You lose about 3 or 4 seconds of the conversation if you were muting and/or unmuting. I am constandtly doinf mute/unmute during conference calls. Secondly, if you are on a conference call and you are just listening in and when you have it on mute, it constantly beeps in your ear that you are on mute. Sometime I can have multiple hour long meetings where I am muted and I have to hear this reminder. You will pull your hair out after about 45 mins of this. Sending a perfectly awesome headset back because of this nonsense.
