We especially liked the design of two-tier rack plus the narrow footprint but didn't expect it to rust with only a month's use. There are rust spots EVERYWHERE and you can tell a quality coating was not used to seal the chrome plating. It makes no sense to use the cup holder/dryer as it'll drip on your counter since the catch pan doesn't extend outside the frame. Last, the catch pan needs to be drained MANUALLY and unless you enjoy mold, it should be drained daily which is a pain after washing a sinkful of dishes. It's an ok product and good concept but the quality is more than poor to have you spend your money elsewhere.
