Not an improvement from last generation. Returning.
Well, I thought this would be an improved product but it is not. My ring doorbell 2 had poor wifi from a 300$ access point less than 20' away so bought the last generation chime pro and could never get anything Beyer than -69 signal. So bought the Ring 3 and new chime pro to change to the different band. Worse signal than the 2. To my home wifi 20' away, -78 rssi and poor connection. To chime pro 10' away -72 rssi. The only way to improve the Ring 3 was to run a extension cord to put it 3' from the doorbell.
