I HATE that it is automatically made the payment method for purchases, even though I've tried and tried to choose another card as my default. I constantly have to go back and change the payment method. The reason I don't want to use this card is that paying the bill is a long, convoluted process through several pages on the Internet, and extra sign-ins and passwords, and a total pain in the a$$. My account number was changed when my first card never arrived, yet the site still shows the old number, so phone support has been difficult. Why issue a physical card that can't be used anywhere, just electronically, on the Internet? Waste of plastic, paper, water, electricity, gasoline and man-hours to manufacture and deliver hundreds of thousands of these useless cards every year. Why? I buy thousands of dollars in merchandise on the Internet each year, and a huge share of that goes to you folks, but through MasterCard. Make it easier to check the balance or make a payment on your card and I might use it, but as it is, it's wasting my time and raising my blood pressure.
