Gel pack leaking after less than a month
I like the product. It helps my lower back pain and is convenient. Having 2 gel packs to swap out as they thaw helps. I have never used it for heat - only cold. However, after less than 2 months a sticky substance has been leaking from the end of a seam area (see photo).
