I think that some information is incorrect. On page 37 I was happy to see a recipe for stuffed peppers until I read the ingredients. 1/4 Tbsp of rice. ?? Anyone that has made stuffed peppers or eaten them before knows rice is a main ingredient. Also, any cookbook for an Instant Pot that I have seen tells the exact amount of liquid to add. I saw 2 recipes that don't tell how much liquid to add. It just states to cover. ?? This is for beginners keep in mind. I am having a hard time finding much if anything that sounds good. I really wanted the stuffed peppers. I debate returning the book for a refund. It is an inexpensive book, but I think to spend any amount on this book is a mistake. i only bought it because of the wonderful reviews.
