This fan was absolutely great and everything I was looking for in terms of a room fan that was quiet and kept my otherwise sauna of a room nice and cool. My only concern and the more pressing issue was how well it was actually built and the customer service for this particular product. It’s been a little over a year since I purchased it back in November 2018 and I wish I had listened to the previous reviews about how it just suddenly broke down after a year. Well needless to say I found myself in that same situation roughly two weeks ago when the motor seemed to have given out and made the blades completely stop turning. I am now fanless and $50 short. Clearly they are aware of the poor quality of their product hence the strict year warranty. I was in contact with a few different customer service reps and not only were they all giving me conflicting information, but the last one refused to help me whatsoever. I. Just. Want. A. Working. Fan. Anyways, these people are heartless and this fan isn’t worth any of the hassle. Please trust me when I say yours will undoubtedly break down after a year of decent usage.
