Broken Handle
The handle slid off on the first day of use. I was working in fairly hot weather. It looks like the handle is glued to the shovel shaft... so I'm guessing the adhesive breaks down in hot weather. This definitely seems to be a poor design, as I would expect the manufacturer to test their product in different environmental conditions. I thought I lucked out with a $10 hand shovel rated 4.8, but unfortunately it still performs like a $10 shovel.
