Very disappointing !
This is the third in a line of purchased Dyson products; and had hoped for the flexibility of cordless with the power to suck up a lot of cat fur.
After vacuuming the couch this device shut down. Item was delivered ten days ago. Not sure what happened but the motor died.
Going back as soon as I can pack it up for return.
