My hair isn’t even curly and I don’t see this making any effort to help straighten. Don’t get me started on the “curling” aspect. I had the temp turned all the way up after trying on a lower temp due to my very thin fine hair (again, hair that shouldn’t have a problem being straightened) idk maybe I’m doing the curling part wrong but I watched multiple tutorials etc and I’ve been to cosmetology school. I hope they receive my return as quickly as I got the product. That’s where ur 1 Star comes from
