Not so Grout eezy
I ordered one bottle of this product. My grouted floors are very dirty. Both in the entry way pictured above, and my kitchen. While Grout Eezy was good, it was a lot of work. I still had to get on my hands and knees to get a truly good result. I let is sit for the recommended time, then went to work. I had to scrub with a brush, as I have in the past. It did lift most of the dirt in the grout and cleaned the tile. However, it was not the panacea for tile floors. I was quite disappointed with results and time it took to clean the grout and floors. The 20 dollars, not worth the results and labor. I wouldn't buy it again.
So, I went to youtube. I saw several home remedies. I decided to test it on the entry way floor against the Grout Eezy. I did the left first photo with Grout Eezy. I used the home remedy of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. I let both sit for 10 to 15 minutes. And the winner is....the home remedy. So, I say go to the dollar store pick up two boxes of baking soda and two bottle of hydrogen peroxide and spend $4.00 plus tax and save 16 dollars. And get much more working product for a lot less. One last thing, it was easier to scrub brush the tile and grout with the home remedy and it came out much more clean and clear of dirt! Lesson learned, don't always believe the hype.
