The LG Technician just left our house to inspect a 2 month old 65" 4K Smart TV with a bad screen. The tech & the engineer on the phone falsely accused us of hitting the TV to break it and get out of honoring the warranty. Just like that, NO WARRANTY!!! The TV is pristine, not a scratch, dent or warped, there is an internal screen problem and LG will not stand by their product. Until today I was a fan of the LG TV as I have 2 other wall mounted TV's for several years in the house, never again and to anyone reading this, spend your money elsewhere. LG does not and will not stand by their product!!!!
