The overall feel of the mattress is very comfortable. As others have mentioned, the top layer is soft and cushy while the bulk of the mattress is very supportive. However, I am extremely disappointed as I ordered a 12" mattress and after several days the mattress has only expanded to 10". Also, 2 of the corners are warped and even more under-expanded. See photos. I am unable to return the mattress as I live in a second floor apartment and have a tiny car. Also, I had movers to help me carry the large box up the stairs on delivery day. I will not have that help again. I believe I am entitled to compensation for the damaged corners as well as the $40 difference in price for the 10" and what I paid for the 12". So far, Amazon chat agents have been no help. As a loyal Prime member for several years, this is unacceptable. I will update if there are any further developments.
