I pre-ordered this back in June.. Finally got it today (October 3).. I was so excited to get this thing.. It doesn't work well AT ALL. If you choose to plug it in (no adapters included) the fan is super weak.. Not strong enough to inflate him at all! If you put a 9 volt in it, the fan is A LITTLE stronger, but he still just flops over. He doesn't wave around at all. Just a loud fan with a flopped over, barely inflated tube. So disappointed.
