Avoid - Dangerous.
Junk. Poor quality control, poor design. Total headache and waste of money. If you really need a little extra space and you’re driving cross country and know you won’t need to open it, ok. But just not worth the headache of repeat use. Poorly formed plastic molding and the stupidest most ineffective hinge design I’ve ever seen.
Latches do not secure top half at highway speeds. This potentiates the risk of multi-vehicle accidents.
Shameful that they boast “Made in the USA”.
