More like HYPE-o-chlorous acid. Don't waste your money.
Active chlorine is about 170 ppm, but at pH 7.5 there is effectively zero hypochlorous acid in the solution. You're paying a lot for what amounts to diluted Clorox bleach. A bogus product that Amazon should remove from their platform.
